The study of the Heart Rate Variability signals was identified, inside the PSYCHE project, as a reliable tool for home monitoring of bipolar patients. Many parameters and features obtained during sleep allow to discriminate among the patint's status and may be predictive of mood changes or relapses in the pathology.
