In this paper, a novel partition-based approach is presented for the extraction of sparse nonlinear dynamic compact thermal multi-ports. This approach merges a previous partition-based method for extracting sparse linear dynamic compact thermal multi-ports with the Galerkin's projection approach for extracting dense nonlinear dynamic compact thermal multi-ports multi-ports.

Abstract
