In recent years, we are witnessing the expansion of an interesting trend: conversational agents, which can simulate a human-like conversation. Their tasks can be as complex as pro- viding psychological support. The purpose of the research is to describe Easy: a product-service-system capable of allevi- ating anxiety-related disorders, thanks to the use of a conversational agent. Once the objectives of the study have been described, the paper will focus on the results obtained from a literaturereview of the psychological sector, illustrating the aspects offered by conversational agents in managing psychological disorders. Afterwards, an explanation will be given concerning the first steps taken in order to pro- pose a product-service-system design and the process of interviews and user-testing.
