EnglishThe objective of this study is to compare and understand the specific services provided in different home health care structures in France, in the canton of Geneva, in Switzerland, and in Lombardy, in Italy. In this article we present the results of a field study on these structures (for all age groups, particularly the elderly) from these three European countries, and, from our observations, propose some research issues for the French case.
