ICT systems represent a key competitive factor for enterprises. Market competitive pressure, customer expectations and increasing products' complexity require ICT systems to quickly adapt and follow the production processes needs. For such reason, new application development paradigms are emerging. A modular approach based on standard, open and cloud based components is addressing the abovementioned issues. The utilization of modules coming from different sources with other components developed on purpose for the specific applications, strongly states the need for a sound V&V (Validation and Verification) approach to ensure that the final solution is of 'quality' according to the existing standards and at the same time it is addressing the original business needs. The proposed approach is based on a standard V&V methodology characterized by a structured assessment of the software quality at different levels and a reduced set of business indicators able to identify specific improvements of business processes performances. All that is deployed via a configurable V&V Package based on a web interface.

Abstract
All that is deployed via a configurable V&V Package based on a web interface.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
