CP10. In this work a numerical code for the simulation of reactive flows in laminar conditions is presented. The code is based on the OpenFOAM framework and it is specifically conceived to manage detailed kinetic mechanisms with hundreds of species and thousands of reactions. The reliability and the accuracy of the proposed software is demonstrated through several examples of premixed and diffusive flames, compared with experimental data and analyzed from a kinetic point of view.

Abstract
