The morphological and structural aspects of a novel polyacetylene-polybutadiene (PA-PB) graft copolymer film were investigated by means of transmission electron microscopy (TEM), electron diffraction (ED), and wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXS). Moreover, the evolution of these properties upon I2-vapour doping of the cast films was followed. Finally, correlations between morphology, structure, and conductivity were drawn, suggesting a possible mechanism of conduction in this material.

Abstract
The morphological and structural aspects of a novel polyacetylene-polybutadiene (PA-PB) graft copolymer film were investigated by means of transmission electron microscopy (TEM), electron diffraction (ED), and wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXS). Moreover, the evolution of these properties upon I2-vapour doping of the cast films was followed. Finally, correlations between morphology, structure, and conductivity were drawn, suggesting a possible mechanism of conduction in this material.File in questo prodotto:
