This show presented a series of carefully selected exhibits, materials, instruments, and publications of historical or documentary interest in order to tell the story of the extensive scientific and educational world of university learning. The works on view took viewers on a journey back into the teaching and learning methods of the past through an itinerary that communicated connections and interactions between human knowledge and scientific notions, between a curiosity for antiquity and modern research.
