The article suggests a model for transferring design knowledge and networking, aimed at increasing the value of the territory. In this model companies, Institutions, Universities and young designers create a virtuous network for innovation. In the DAC project where involved more than 50 SMEs companies from different sectors and 40 young designers newly graduated from Politecnico di Milano and also 20 researcher and tutor in 3 year of action research activities.
