This bachelor thesis investigates the relationship between architectural quality, sustainable building, and the social impact of contemporary construction in Kosovo. The research explores how design can improve quality of life through sustainable architectural approaches and community-oriented development. Using quantitative and qualitative methods, including resident feedback from the “Muhaxhirët” neighbourhood, the thesis proposes a design strategy aimed at improving residential conditions while addressing environmental sustainability and social cohesion.
