In a world where the number of older people with dementia is steadily increasing, it is fundamental to develop and exploit technologies that support "ageing in place" and delay institutionalization, to lower the strain on the health care system. People with dementia need support from caregivers in performing many self-maintaining activities of daily living like, for example, dressing. This paper reviews the most relevant technological solutions proposed in the literature to support the activity of dressing in people with dementia.
