Forms of Adaptive Skill - The contribution explains permaculture as a possible tool for urban regeneration and adaptation. Starting from a reinterpretation of Leberecht Migge’s thought and the construction of the territory through the intrinsic adaptive wisdom in agricultural production, the article traces a fil rouge between permaculture and design culture. Moreover, the article shows Ferme du rail as an exemplary contemporary project in which permaculture is part of a process to rebalance the relationship between man and nature, proactively responding to the growing urban fragilities.
