The present invention relates to a device (1) for the controlled assistance of the grip, comprising a first element (3), which can be worn on one hand, and which comprises a pair of ferromagnetic plates (30, 31). The device then comprises a second element (4) which comprises a ferromagnetic core (40) whose opposite poles are each connected to one of the two ferromagnetic plates (30, 31). The device further (1) comprises a power supply unit (5) connected to an excitation coil (42) wound around the ferromagnetic core (40). A control unit (6) controls the voltage supplied by the power supply unit to the ends of the coil (42), so as to adjust the magnetic field generated to the ferromagnetic plates (30, 31).
