The growing interest around Advance Design (ADD) practice collocated in the very front end of innovation is not limited to ADD potentiality in determining a product success but is probably dew to a renewed attention toward future. ADD and Future studies are both activities oriented toward future, share aims and responsibility. The way in which they communicate, share and involve people is often connected to scenarios and to his narrative dimension. After a first transdisciplinary discussion, the paper considers some narrative elements of scenarios and its different shades of materialization till prototype through a selection of ADD case studies.
