Health Information community can take advantage of a new HICT Natural Framework to get a more reliable conceptualized synthetic and powerful systemic vision, to be used in advanced modelling for healthcare organization (HO) and high reliability organization (HRO). A CICT systemic concept of principles organizing nature is proposed. It can be used as a reference framework to develop successful and competitive health governances policies and applications for advanced HO, and new competitive HRO "environmental friendly" information management strategies. Paradigmatic operational ambiguity can be conveniently minimized.
