Landscape in sequence- Dwelling the wall

The book collects the contributions, initiatives and projects of the participants in the third edition of the International Summer School OC - Open City, from landscape to exterior design, dedicated to the regeneration of the west side of the walls in Piacenza. This third edition defined a great occasion to discuss about architecture and urban design warking about cultural and artistic heritage. In this sense all the contributions have been oriented to develop different points of view about the relationships between the permanences and innovations in the contemporary age, through an extraordinary case-study in terms of public space. Using infact as essential references the architectural and urban planning projects being development, the International Summer School was a very important initiative to discuss significant themes according to the important problems of the trasformations of the city.
