The works by Vladimir Schukhov can be fully assumed as samples of the constructivist theory of the russian avangarde. Nevethe less the most demonstrative samples of this relationship can be found in the works of the formalist branch (as Konstatin Mel'nikov) and the theory of the "formalist" school of OPOJAZ. The central concept is the term "concatenation" (szeplenie) expressed in the rotation paraboloid structure at the base of the Schukhov's towers.
