To the development of highly-engineered prefabricated construction systems, based not only on concrete but also on timber and steel, the maximization of functional flexibility and the reduction of costs and construction time related to the work on site are very strategic. To this regard the development of innovative solutions for the integration of technical services in building components assumes a primary importance. As a matter of fact building services, if properly planned and designed, can be very conveniently integrated within the building elements directly during their off site manufacturing. This can also guarantee, at the same time, a higher degree of flexibility in terms of use, lay-out, technology (maintainability, repair of parts, etc.) and performances. The paper, after briefly outlining some examples among the currently and most used available ones, describes the innovative integrated solution for electrical, data, heating and cooling systems developed in the research programme ‘999 Project’ sponsored by TIS Innovation Park – Cluster Edilizia, Bolzano, Italy.

Abstract
The paper, after briefly outlining some examples among the currently and most used available ones, describes the innovative integrated solution for electrical, data, heating and cooling systems developed in the research programme ‘999 Project’ sponsored by TIS Innovation Park – Cluster Edilizia, Bolzano, Italy.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
