The aim of this research was to investigate the behavior of cold recycled materials in bitumen emulsion. Firstly a rheological analysis was conducted to establish the effects of rejuvenant on reclaimed pavement; then a mix design procedure for recycled materials was calibrated. Finally the influence of temperature of compaction was considered. The results obtained showed that: the proposed mix design procedure allows to increase the role of components on the behavior of the mixture; the influence of rejuvenant is related to the temperature and condition of the bitumen; the effects of the increase of temperature are strictly dependent on the percentage of bitumen.
