This paper concerns with a field test campaign performed on a cable-stayed bridge in order to assess its serviceability before opening to the traffic. The Ponte sull’Adige is an highway bridge recently erected in locality Piacenza d’Adige (Padova, Italy); it has an overall length of 580m, a main span of 310m and at the moment is the longest cable stayed bridge in Italy. The dynamic tests are designed for the modal identification of the stay cables and of the bridge deck.

Abstract
