The consumption of new land for the construction of buildings and infrastructures is an open issue in some region of Italy such as, for instance, Lombardy. In the meantime the need to reduce the energy consumption of the energy, reduce dangerous emissions and increase the use of renewable energy is a key point in the sense of the sustainability of the whole construction. This paper presents some examples in which some high energy efficient buildings were used for an urban densification that can be instrumental to achieve both the goals.File in questo prodotto:
