Abstract
How should boats for the disabled be designed? Can the boats fitted for the physically impaired be used with the same relish and results by the supposed ‘normal’ people, as ‘design for all’ philosophy suggests? This paper answers to these questions starting from a cultural and historical point of view. Analyzing the most notable world experiences, we try to define design guidelines, criticalities and opportunities.File in questo prodotto:
