Abstract
The aim of the current research is to delineate some 'basic guidelines' for the survey and monitoring of the archaeological sites conservation. The work was developed for the study of the condition of the building for the project of a system of protection, as a cover, even income facilitation its accessibility or check the compatibility of the archaeological remains with existing coverage. The research aims to provide a tool to monitor changes in parameters of vulnerability of an archaeological site, anticipating and assisting in the monitoring procedures of the site before and after the implementation of protection systems. Specifically it is necessary to recognize the mode of acquisition (by identifying the minimum necessary) the data required for the preparation of a plan of action that taking into account the economic factor. The survey instrument leads to the creation of accurate 3D models and 2D increasingly sophisticated representations, while the current management technologies allow to assemble many of the geometric, material and environmental information which, considered in the correct relationship, allow not only to assess the conservation degree, but also to monitor the evolution of the decay and to control the impact of the protection system on the site or portion of it. This study aims to develop a program capable of processing parameters chosen to identify the vulnerability of archaeological area of the sanctuary of Diana at Nemi, near Rome.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
