We model the elastic deformation of reinforced rubbers by a system of rigid spherical particles embedded in a Gaussian phantom network. The force constant matrix acting on the filler particles is derived from electrostatic analogies. This is used in constant-stress Monte Carlo simulations of the filled rubber.

Abstract
