The paper presents the results of a a research developed in cooperation with health care centers and mainly the Istituto Nazionale dei Tumori. The paper presents some experimental results in the field of service design and some theoretical discussion about aesthetic qualification of services. Furthermore the paper introduces a discussion on the role that design can play to support health care centers.
