Introduzione. Una necessaria riflessione sul progetto della residenza

Considerazioni sui temi del progetto della residenza che maggiormente necessitano di una revisione in chiave disciplinare. - Il paesaggio urbano, l’unità di vicinato, l’edificio, la cellula abitativa. - L’obiettivo del massimo risparmio energetico associato all’uso di materiali ecologicamente “corretti”. - La flessibilità degli spazi a tutte le scale del progetto e al conseguente applicazione d’innovazione tecnologica intesa come campo di ricerca, a livello strutturale e sovrastrutturale, intorno al rapporto tra organismo abitativo e utente. Reflections on criticalities within the residential design process, which need a critical review on a disciplinary level. -The urban landscape, the living unit constituting neighbourhood, the residential block, the domestic unit. -The aim toward the maximum energy saving associated with the use of environmentally friendly materials. -The flexibility of spaces at all the scales of the project and the consequent innovative techinological application, intended as a research field, on a structural and sub-structural level, investigating the relationship between the residential unit and the user.
