In this work, we will consider a 3D exterior wave propagation Neumann problem reformulated in terms of a space-time hypersingular boundary integral equation (BIE) with retarded potential. This latter is set in the so-called energetic weak form presented in [1], regularized as in [2] and then approximated by Galerkin Boundary Element Method (BEM).
