The main purpose of this thesis is to define a new model of office building (MEOB Mediterranea Energy Office Building) characterized by strong integration of passive cooling strategy and low exergy technology, able to reach low energy demand coupled with high thermal comfort. The MEOB would became the reference point for the design of office buildings, erasing actual market limits about the diffusion of passive cooling devices.
