This paper aims at understanding the relationship between the adoption of new forms of work organizations (NFWO) and measures of national culture available from previous studies in the literature (Hofstede, 1991), together with economic variables such as GPD. This goal is pursued by means of data from the fourth edition of International Manufacturing Strategy Survey (IMSS 4).
