With monographs dedicated to individual figures, cities and regions with an architectural heritage of significant interest and to particulary important events in the history of European architecture overseas, the series aims to contribute, trough the recovery of previously-unpublished documentary sources, to knowledge of the work of the Italian architects and engineers who, in the 19th and the 20th centuries, operated in the area around the Mediterranean, in a geographic arc strechtching from Dalmatia to Marocco.
