The objective of this paper is to present a technique for the analysis of tropospheric scintillation data in clear sky conditions and the statistical results from Italsat beacon measurements in in Spino d’Adda (Milano, Italy) at 18.7, 39.6, and 49.5 GHz during 1994. Statistical results are discussed and new coefficients for scintillation frequency scaling are proposed.

Abstract
