The present research, synthesized in the following document, is aimed to highlight the criteria useful to choose the best day-surgery organizational scheme, through the analysis of specific requirements, the evaluation of possible care flow, and the definition of day-surgery goals and purposes. To reach that aim, the economic advantages of the service, the patient’s flow chart, the design lay-out, and guidelines for possible models to be used according to prefixed purposes in the harmonization between clinical and administrative management, are compared
