The contribution explores some critical points connected with the possible adoption of ecosystem models for industrial production. It is necessitated by the desire to underscore some fundamental questions possibly arised by policies trying to introduce or implementing forms of systemic interaction for firms. Such questions are essentially directed to a better knowledge about the system-thinking approach industrial ecosystems imply and the systemic boundary conditions the manufacturers are asked to operate. This paper simply focuses on some priorities to be addressed.

Abstract
The contribution explores some critical points connected with the possible adoption of ecosystem models for industrial production. It is necessitated by the desire to underscore some fundamental questions possibly arised by policies trying to introduce or implementing forms of systemic interaction for firms. Such questions are essentially directed to a better knowledge about the system-thinking approach industrial ecosystems imply and the systemic boundary conditions the manufacturers are asked to operate. This paper simply focuses on some priorities to be addressed.File in questo prodotto:
