In this monograph we present a keen and original investigation of the familiar conic sections. In particular it is shown the existence of a new peculiar sum vector, which not only allows to write the equation of the conic sections in a simple vector form, but also stores, as a kind of genetic code, all the well- known characteristic and peculiar information about the Kepler problem.

Abstract
