The projects presented here form part of a unitary plan, founded on an urban project that is the outcome of studies carried out to develop the new Generale Regulatory Plan for Cerignola, adopted in 1999 and approved in 2004 by the Puglia Region. During this work various places in town afforded opportunities to undertaker architectural projects in which specific individual situations meet with the settlement principles and those urban characteristics to be found on the larger scale. In the concept of the plan, the order of the countryside and the morphology of the historic centre are seen as formal structures of reference.
