In this paper I show a connection between computational geometry and some contemporary architecture products. I use a definition, “Infoarchitecture”, that describes this category of architecture as a consequence of the transformation of the geometrical base behind the shapes, from euclidean-cartesian – as up to now – to computational-digital. A test project of a theatre is shown to let better understand a possible method set to obtain an infoarchitectural design.

Abstract
In this paper I show a connection between computational geometry and some contemporary architecture products. I use a definition, “Infoarchitecture”, that describes this category of architecture as a consequence of the transformation of the geometrical base behind the shapes, from euclidean-cartesian – as up to now – to computational-digital. A test project of a theatre is shown to let better understand a possible method set to obtain an infoarchitectural design.File in questo prodotto:
