Driver stress is a critical factor in traffic accidents, necessitating real-time physiological monitoring for improved road safety. This study introduces a flexible, multi-sensing wearable patch that integrates inkjet-printed silver electrodes with a Cobalt-MOF (Co-MOF) microfluidic layer for simultaneous Electrodermal Activity (EDA) and sweat-rate monitoring. In vivo experimental results demonstrate that the printed sensors closely track the signal trends of standard commercial wet electrodes, showing highly comparable Skin Conductance Response (SCR) peak counts during stress-inducing tasks. The MOF-based sensor successfully captured the temporal evolution of sweat penetration, effectively monitoring baseline tonic shifts and sweat volume variations without reaching saturation. These findings validate the potential of this skin-conformal, pump-free platform as a reliable tool for real-time driver state assessment in intelligent vehicle environments.
