Transnational analysis on innovative higher education learning models on soft skills

This Transnational Analysis on Innovative Higher Education Learning Models on Soft Skills has beencarried out within the EU funded Erasmus+ international project eLene4Life, that is the sixth of aseries of projects in the field of innovation in teaching methodologies carried by the same networkof academics and professionals who have been collaborating on European projects since 2003. The current project of the group is eLene4Life - Learning and Interacting to Foster Employability, supports curriculum innovation in Higher Education (HE) through the development of active learning approaches for soft skills, with the ultimate aim of improving students' employability. This first report takes the form of a transnational qualitative study that analyses the state-of-the-artof innovative methodologies and activities which foster the acquisition of soft skills in HE institutions and actors. The results highlight the consolidated practices, future developments of the activities already performed in different contexts, demands and challenges, risks, and opportunities.
