Overall, the literature revealed age-related differences in the adoption’s antecedents affecting workers’ behavior intention to use technology and use behavior. Originality/value: This study presents a comprehensive summary of evidence and practical recommendations for organizations navigating technology implementation in an increasingly age-diverse workforce environment. Additionally, it outlines several future research directions to address the limitations of current studies in this area.
