This paper investigates the role of Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) in valorizing cultural heritage buildings as a strategic approach aligned with the principles of sustainable development. It explores how PPP models can effectively integrate economic viability with cultural preservation, generating shared value for society while addressing administrative and financial constraints. These partnerships balance public interests with private sector efficiency, enabling adaptive reuse and sustainable management of heritage assets. PPPs provide financial resources and ensure that cultural heritage retains its intrinsic values through shared responsibilities between stakeholders. Through analyzing case studies and regulatory frameworks from diverse regions, this study aims to provide insights into the successful implementation of PPPs for cultural heritage projects, ensuring long-term benefits for present and future generations.
