Abstract

The restorative or regenerative circularity in the industrial systems can imply the creation of opportunities from the use of renewable energy wastes through the superior design of materials, products, systems, and even business models. In this chapter, we tried to represent a set of managerial propositions and legal/political solutions for improving the implementation and adoption of circular business models (CBMs) focusing in example industries. It can be observed that any transition of each industry throughout the sustainable development models needs to be in line with the principles of the circular economy (CE).
