We evaluate the performance of a 60 nm bandwidth, 220 km unrepeatered SDM transmission using a 4-core fiber with a standard clading diameter of 125 um. We use bidirectional distributed Raman amplification with incoherent co-propagating pumps, to reduce the impact of RIN. We evaluate the system performance reaching a throughput above 157 Tb/s.

Abstract
