Benefits and drawbacks offered by cutting edge emerging or re-emerging technologies. AI and immersive interactive environments pave the way to new forms of cultural fruition and group interactive experience. AI is appreciated and welcome but generates some different concerns causing a diffuse willingness to develop a specific regulatory framework guiding the design, development and even deployment of this technology. Concerns are mainly pertaining ethics, ranging between ethical dilemmas and different potential bias influencing AI outcomes. Key players approach to AI and the attempt to regulate this subject.
