The concept of health extends beyond the absence of illness, emphasizing the interconnectedness of physical, mental, and social well-being. This holistic perspective is particularly vital for university students, as their health during this period significantly impacts future outcomes and overall quality of life. Thus, there is an urgent need for comprehensive university health programs that cater to students' diverse health needs across these dimensions. Such programs should prioritize healthy behaviors, provide support for health challenges, and foster environments conducive to student well-being and success. Our research endeavors to explore the intersection between wellness and goal-setting capabilities among university students, introducing a novel learning approach called NECSTCamp, tailored for engineering universities. This approach aims to enrich students' learning experiences by promoting mental health awareness, facilitating progress measurement, and nurturing ongoing personal growth. By addressing five key aspects of student life-psychological, learning, physical, nutrition, and sleep-we aspire to contribute to the cultivation of healthier, more resilient, and successful university communities.

Abstract
By addressing five key aspects of student life-psychological, learning, physical, nutrition, and sleep-we aspire to contribute to the cultivation of healthier, more resilient, and successful university communities.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
