Traditional leadership, shaped by the legacy of Anglo-American business schools, has exhausted its momentum: it centralises power, reduces relationships to performance, and relies on fragile tools and partial forms of knowledge. Yet a rapidly changing world demands something different - not a leader who commands from above, but one who guides, supports, and opens up new paths. A form of leadership that brings together reason and sensitivity, expertise and attentive listening, placing not only results but also meaning, relationships, and a shared future at its core. *Anima mediterranea* takes this as its starting point: the desire to reconsider leadership through a different lens - that of the Mediterranean. The Mediterranean is understood not merely as a historical or geopolitical category, but as a living heritage and a plural cultural matrix, capable of transforming diversity into a source of richness and beauty into a generative force.

Abstract
The Mediterranean is understood not merely as a historical or geopolitical category, but as a living heritage and a plural cultural matrix, capable of transforming diversity into a source of richness and beauty into a generative force.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
