—Aim of this paper is to illustrate the laboratory setup that is in progress in the framework of the PNRR RESTART SPOKE 3. This infrastructure incorporates some existing laboratories by creating a new one with experimental capability and demonstrators that will serve as a permanent asset for incentivizing technology transfer and fostering research beyond the scopes defined by the projects within SPOKE 3.
