Studenti fuorisede nella città universitaria: interazione fra diritto all’abitare e diritto allo studio

Off-site students in the university city: Interaction between the right to housing and the right to study This paper is based on the first dataset elaboration of the “StudMiHome – Students Living in Milan” project, surveying the housing conditions of the students in the city of Milan and the housing paths that they experience. The research explores the actors networks that contribute to shaping the housing market for the students. The survey has allowed us to collect data on the quality of students housing attending the Politecnico di Milano and highlight “bad prac- tices” to which students are subjected, even beyond the housing affordability.
