People First: Humanism is Back

Starting from the description of the actual scenario this paper considers both benefits and drawbacks related to the digital transition outlining both present and near future potential impacts on society. This introduces the growing interest in reshaping the digital landscape, as we know it now, into a more human centred and ethics domain. A potential benefit is evident in the case of upcoming or recently started digital transformation process, ensuring the opportunity to deploy a human centred environment instead of a cyber centric web of procedures and duties. The concept and the objectives of a research project that puts humans and their shared values as key reference point are described. To shape this approach a strong interdisciplinary approach is required: SSH, STEM, Biz, Cyber, Phycological skills and more. Applied methodology and the main steps are described with the potential outcomes and future steps.
