Nature-Based Solutions (NbS) have emerged over recent decades as a key concept in the debate on urban adaptation to climate change. Their full adoption, however, requires further efforts to overcome the critical issues and limitations that still constrain their implementation. This contribution reviews the main arguments both in support of and critical of NbS, with the aim of fostering multidisciplinary dialogue and improving their integration into urban planning processes.

Abstract
Nature-Based Solutions (NbS) have emerged over recent decades as a key concept in the debate on urban adaptation to climate change. Their full adoption, however, requires further efforts to overcome the critical issues and limitations that still constrain their implementation. This contribution reviews the main arguments both in support of and critical of NbS, with the aim of fostering multidisciplinary dialogue and improving their integration into urban planning processes.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
