The present invention concerns a system (1) for assisting the conduct of programmed activities. The system (1) comprises: a wearable electronic device (2), wearable by a user, comprising a sound reproduction module (32) and an interactive portion (13, 31 ) configured to detect a touch of the user, and a software application (4) running on a remote terminal (5) suitable for exchanging data with the wearable electronic device (2). In particular, the software application (4) comprises an agenda (70) that stores at least one voice message, said voice message comprising an invitation to carry out an activity and is associated with a time instant, the software application (4) being configured to transmit the at least one voice message and the time instant associated therewith to the wearable electronic device (2). In addition, the wearable electronic device (2) is configured to reproduce the at least one voice message at the time instant associated with the at least one voice message. Advantageously, the wearable electronic device (2) is further configured to detect at least one touch of the interactive portion (13, 31) following the reproduction of the at least one voice message, measure a duration of the at least one touch, transmit a number of detected touches and the measured duration of each detected touch. In addition, the software application (4) is configured to identify a vexing event experienced by the user when it is detected at least one between a touch lasting longer than a threshold duration value, and a sequence of consecutive touches within a predetermined time interval.

Abstract
